The Contented Angels Baby Massage course comprises of five classes, 1 a week for 5 weeks. Each classes last approx 90 minutes and takes place at my own home in Shortlands, Bromley. Each week you’ll learn to massage a different body part, culminating in a full massage for your baby in the final class.
We review the strokes from previous weeks each class so by the end of the course you’ll be confident in your new skill.
Relaxed, friendly, small, and informal
The classes are relaxed, friendly, small, and informal; you are encouraged to change, feed, or cuddle your baby whenever you need to. We always repeat the strokes from the week before to enable you to be totally comfortable with all the stories before you finish the course.
What we provide and what to bring
Waterproof mats, oil, a detailed handout showing the massage strokes and refreshments are provided so all you need to bring is a towel for your baby to lie on and any formula needed.
What age is the class suitable for
Babies are welcome from approx. 4 weeks until they start crawling.
The cost for each baby is £60 for the 5 weeks. Discounts are available for twins or group bookings.
